Fall is in full swing, which means Halloween is just around the corner. In the coming weeks, you should fill your calendar with some spooktacular events that the whole family can enjoy. Whether it be a fall festival, frightful family-friendly event, or a haunted house, Fort Wayne is ready to provide some spooky fun. Here are a few upcoming events that we recommend to celebrate Halloween in Fort Wayne this year.
- Wild Zoo Halloween 2018: Head to the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo October 12-14, 19-21, or 26-28 for some festive family fun. There will be plenty to see and enjoy, including tasty fall treats, mini pumpkins, and a hay maze.
- Fright Night Downtown: Fort Wayne residents always wait with bated breath for Fright Night Downtown, which is October’s most anticipated event. This year, the day-long event will take place on Saturday, October 20. There will be a wide array of activities, tricks, and treats to enjoy, including a Zombie Walk.
- Halloween Spooktacular Concert: On October 28, the Fort Wayne Philharmonic and Fort Wayne Ballet will perform a Halloween Spooktacular concert featuring some frightful holiday music. The concert will also feature excerpts from John Williams’ Harry Potter movie score, so come in costume to enjoy the music as well as the children’s activities in the lobby before the concert.
While you are enjoying Halloween in Fort Wayne, if you find you need maintenance on your family cruiser or just a whole new vehicle, make sure to stop into Kelley Buick GMC. Otherwise, Happy Halloween!
